Nadia Chaudhri, Ph.D. a Pakistani-Canadian psychology professor at Concordia University was born on the 25th of January 1978 in Karachi, Pakistan to Susan Mary Chaudhri and Abdul Shakoor.
She started her college education at Franklin & Marshall college when she was 17 years old and had moved to the States. She graduated with a degree in neuroscience studies in 1999.
She furthered her studies for a doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh. Eventually, she completed her postdoctoral training at Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Center, at the University of California, San Francisco.
Nadia was diagnosed with metastatic Ovarian cancer in the advanced stage in 2020. She lived for only a year after she was diagnosed with the disease.
She died on October 5, 2021, in Montreal Canada aged 43.
